Randy Ray possesses 20 years of exclusive BMW experience in Tidewater's automotive service and repair industry. He worked for his former employer, Atlantic Autowerks, for fifteen years. He was also employed by Kline and Atlantic dealerships and Daves' early in his career. He is ASE certified, which substantiates his knowledge and skill. Years in the automotive repair industry in Hampton Roads have established him as one of the most talented in the field. He has fostered long term relationships with many customers. There exists a tremendous level of customer loyalty. He has a reputation for honesty, integrity and professionalism.

Tracy Lamar-Ray has a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and 15 years of business experience ranging from direct marketing to management. She believes that exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of any business and that customer service has been sorely absent in the automotive service industry in Hampton Roads.
